Asthesequeltoperhapsoneofthebestcomedyinrecenthistory,Anchorman2hasalottoliveupto,andultimately,itismoreofamissthanahit.Therearesincerityinsomeofthejokes,especiallytheoneabutthe"ladykillers",butthemajorityofthemaremoreawkwardthanfunny.Anchorman2stillfeaturessomeofthecharactersthatwehavelovedovertheyears,butthecastdofeelolderandmoretiringingeneral.Itwouldhavebeenbetterforthelegacyofthefilmifthiswasnevermade,butthenagain,thereisthisgreatscenetowardstheendofthefilmthatwouldonlyhappeninsuchastoriedfranchise.
